"Successful Incubator and Tech Park Models for Technology Commercialization"

The Technology Commercialization Task Force of the Economic Development Council is pleased to present tours of two new tech parks in the Chicago area: Illinois Science + Technology Park in Skokie and the University Technology Park at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. The program includes bus transportation to the parks from downtown Chicago, lunch, presentation and a tour of the Illinois Science + Technology Park, and a tour, presentation and reception at the University Technology Park.

The tours, in connection with the EDC Forum "Successful Incubator and Tech Park Models for Technology Commercialization," are being sponsored by the EDC, Illinois Global Partnership, the Illinois Science + Technology Park and the Illinois Institute of Technology. Thanks to the sponsors, the program cost is $15 for members of the Economic Development Council, $25 for others.

11:30 am Buses depart from the Federal Reserve Bank, 230 S LaSalle Street, Chicago for the Illinois Science & Technology Park in Skokie
12:00 pm Lunch and tour of the Illinois Science + Technology Park. Presentation by Michael Rosen, Senior Vice President, New Business Development, Forest City Science + Technology Group
03:00 pm Buses depart from the Illinois Science + Technology Park for University Technology Park at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT)
03:30 pm Tour and reception at University Technology Park Presentation by David Baker, Vice President for External Affairs, IIT
06:00 pm Bus departs from University Technology Park for return to Federal Reserve Bank 230 S LaSalle Street, Chicago
